Jeff Gray - Worship Arts Pastor
Jeff Gray was born in St. Louis, MO and raised in a suburb south of Cleveland, OH. His parents were dedicated laypersons and he grew up being very active in service within his local church.
Jeff attended college at Ohio University, Athens, OH, graduating in 2000 with degrees in Audio Production and Communication Systems Management, and a minor in Music Theory.
In college, he felt a call to full time ministry. Upon graduation he served as Minister of Youth and Music at The Plains Church of the Nazarene in The Plains, Ohio while he began taking ministry courses through Mount Vernon Nazarene University and Nazarene Bible College. Jeff completed his educational requirements for ordination and was ordained an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene in 2010 on the Central Ohio District. He has served as Worship and Communication Pastor at Circleville First Church of the Nazarene in Circleville, Ohio and as Associate Pastor at Logan Church of the Nazarene in Logan, Ohio. Jeff joined the SCN staff in March 2020 after moving to Shawnee in 2019. In addition to his role as Associate Pastor of Worship Arts, Jeff works as the Legislative Coordinator in the General Secretary’s office for the Church of the Nazarene.
Jeff’s wife, Dani is a labor and delivery nurse. They have 4 children: Joel, Halle, Kerrigan, and Savannah. As a family, the Gray’s enjoy music, the beach, travel & camping, and trying out new restaurants.
